How to Bundle your Loans
How It Works
The Buy Build Drive loan bundle allows members to combine a mortgage loan with a vehicle loan and or another loan product offered by SVGTCCU Ltd.
The bundle package must however include a mortgage and have a minimum of two (2) loans.
How You Save
Members who utilize the Buy Build Drive loan bundle will receive:
- Mortgage interest rate of 6% per annum on the reducing principal balance.
- Vehicle Loan interest rate of 7% per annum on the reducing principal balance, with a repayment term of six (6) years.
- An interest rate of 10% per annum on the reducing principle balance for the other combined loan type.
